📍 Locations: Quezon City | Makati | Alabang
🔹 Site: Metro Manila
🔹 Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
🔹 Shift Schedule: Graveyard Shift (start as early as 6:00 PM PH Time)
🔹 Account: US Client Support (Client-Facing Role)
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to support US operations. The role requires strong expertise in real-time management, scheduling, and outbound/dialer operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.
💰 COMPENSATION PACKAGE
PHP 100,000 – 130,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS :
✔ Minimum 5+ years experience in Workforce Management (RTA and Scheduling)
✔ Strong experience in outbound/dialer operations
✔ Experience in people management is an advantage
KEY REQUIREMENTS
✔ Strong background in dialer/outbound dialer operations
✔ 5+ years WFM experience (RTA and Scheduling) + people management is a plus
✔ Proficiency in the following tools: NICE IEX ,Genesys, Pulse , CCD
START DATE: June 1, 2026
