HRMS Implementation Consultant (Senior/Team Lead) (REF07)

As an HRMS Implementation Consultant (Senior/Team Lead) at EPS Consultants, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and a proven track record in managing full-cycle HRMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project implementation teams in defining and delivering HRMS solutions that meet client specifications.

Engage with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and completeness during the implementation phase.

Facilitate client training sessions to ensure effective use of the HRMS.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Evaluate and troubleshoot any issues related to system configuration, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support.

Continue to build subject matter expertise in HR technology trends and enhancements.

Requirements

STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.

At least 4 years in HRMS implementation.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
