We are now seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our high‑impact team and contribute to the success of one of the sector’s most forward‑looking organisations.
We’re searching for a Junior IT Analyst to join our team.
Work closely with teams across the business (both US and internationally based employees) supporting internal users with systems maintenance: by monitoring and updating configuration Items (CIs) to ensure accuracy for operational needs.
Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from employees from around the world.
Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
Understanding of IT equipment – workstations, servers, networks, peripherals.
3+ years of experience in technical support.
3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience supporting users (both internal and external) utilizing a ticketing system (zendesk).
