This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in South America.
Glacier is a Series A startup based in San Francisco that builds in-house computer vision models to power two core products:
a robot that identifies and sorts materials inside recycling facilities
an analytics system that tracks recyclables and reports metrics to key stakeholders in the industry.
These technologies are already helping to divert tons of recyclables (literally!) from landfills every day.
From major CPG companies like Colgate and Amazon to municipal recycling facilities, our clients trust us to turn recycling data into actionable insights. Our technology has been recognized as one of TIME's Best Inventions and featured in a TIME documentary, TechCrunch, Fortune, and CBS.
We’re thrilled to expand our incredible team with two dedicated Data and Robotics Operations Analysts based in South America.
Our founders come from Facebook engineering and Bain consulting.
We’re backed by top-tier VCs with extensive technical and industry expertise.
We have several machines in production and a robust pipeline of upcoming deployments.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to help keep our growing fleet of robots operational and ensure their success in the field. You will play a crucial role in monitoring our systems and reporting key insights to enable swift issue resolution and support new deployments.

Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous monitoring of robot behavior and data evaluations.
2+ years of experience in a role focused on data analysis, operations analysis, or product support, specifically involving data monitoring and reporting.
Proven ability to meticulously monitor data, identify anomalies, and follow defined processes with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfort and experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity.
English Fluency (B2 or higher), as you will be working with a US-based team.
Experience working with US companies or clients is a plus.
