We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our visa compliance operations within a fast-paced travel and tours environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with embassy, consular, and international visa regulations while overseeing operational processes, documentation standards, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, extensive visa processing experience, and a deep understanding of global travel documentation and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end visa compliance and documentation processes
• Ensure adherence to embassy, consular, and international visa regulations and requirements
• Develop, implement, and improve visa compliance policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Monitor visa application accuracy, documentation completeness, and submission timelines
• Lead, mentor, and manage visa processing teams and operational staff
• Handle complex visa cases, escalations, and compliance-related concerns
• Conduct regular audits and process reviews to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and external partners
• Analyze operational performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, service quality, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, immigration services, or travel management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operational workflows
• Strong knowledge of global visa requirements, travel documentation, and compliance procedures
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Experience in travel agencies, visa processing centers, or travel management companies is highly preferred
