Du kommer att arbeta med centrala tjänster inom PageroOnline. Vår stack består av Spring Boot-, Java- och Scala-baserade mikrotjänster, RabbitMQ för meddelandehantering, PostgreSQL och Cassandra för lagring – allt kört på Docker och Kubernetes. Om det låter spännande, läs vidare.

Om rollen

I rollen som Senior Mjukvaruutvecklare kommer du att

• Designa och implementera tekniska lösningar för kund- och interna krav
• Mentorera juniora utvecklare och stödja deras kompetensutveckling
• Underhålla och förbättra befintliga tjänster och infrastruktur
• Kontinuerligt bidra till att utveckla vår tekniska stack

Du passar för rollen som Senior Mjukvaruutvecklare om din bakgrund inkluderar

• Minst 5 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling
• Stark kompetens inom backendutveckling, gärna med Java och Spring Boot
• God kommunikationsförmåga på engelska för samarbete med internationella team
• Genomfört godkänd utökad bakgrundskontroll (kriminell och ekonomisk)

Senior Software Developer – Pagero

Do you want to work on systems that process millions of document transactions every day? We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join one of our development teams at Pagero in Gothenburg.

You’ll be working on the central services of PageroOnline. The stack is Spring Boot, Java and Scala microservices, RabbitMQ for messaging, PostgreSQL and Cassandra for storage, all running on Docker and Kubernetes. If that excites you, read on.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Software Developer, you will

• Design and implement technical solutions for customer and internal requirements
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth
• Maintain and improve existing services and infrastructure
• Continuously contribute to evolving our technical stack

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Software Developer if your background includes

5+ years of software development experience

Strong backend proficiency, ideally with Java and Spring Boot

Fluent English for collaborating across our international teams

Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit)

Nice to Have: Scala or JVM experience · Distributed systems · Functional programming · Container deployments

Work Policy & Requirements

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and have a three-day office presence policy at our Gothenburg office, with the remaining days flexible for remote work. Swedish or EU citizenship is required, and all candidates must pass an extended background check.
