5+ years’ experience in customer service and/or internal sales
Experience in case management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
CRM/Wastedge experience highly regarded but not essential
