We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead corporate client acquisition, strengthen key partnerships, and drive long-term business growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong experience in sales, account management, and client relationship development within the travel and tours industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s corporate portfolio while leading initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities

Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and company services

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives

Account Management & Client Relations

Oversee onboarding and ensure seamless transition for new corporate clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement

Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver client requirements and solutions

Leadership & Strategic Planning

Lead and support the Client Success and business development functions

Develop and execute strategies to increase market presence and revenue performance

Monitor sales and performance metrics to optimize acquisition strategies

Provide business insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or corporate partnerships
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the travel and tours industry is an advantage
