Schneider Innovations is a fast-growing U.S.-based brand group and Amazon category leader in medical consumables, personal safety equipment, and healthcare products. We operate a multi-brand portfolio serving both consumer and institutional buyers across North America and Europe through eCommerce and B2B channels.

We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to own and execute the top of our B2B sales funnel.

This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, driving meetings, and growing pipeline through outbound and conversion-focused inbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

Build and refine ICPs and buyer personas
Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists
Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Write and test outbound messaging, subject lines, and CTAs
Run A/B tests to improve reply rate and meeting bookings
Develop repeatable outbound playbooks by segment or industry
Deliver sales-ready SQLs with clear context and qualification
Inbound Conversion & Funnel Optimization (Secondary)
Work with SEO and design teams to improve landing page conversion
Optimize HubSpot forms, UTMs, and lead attribution
Improve lead capture quality from inbound traffic

HubSpot Usage (Execution-Level Only)

  • Manage lists, segmentation, and lifecycle stages
  • Set up basic workflows for lead routing and nurturing
  • Track MQL → SQL → meeting performance through dashboards
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (deduplication, field accuracy)

Sales Collaboration

  • Ensure clean and consistent lead handoff to Sales
  • Collect feedback on lead quality and optimize targeting accordingly
  • Provide insight into which ICPs, channels, and messages perform best

What Success Looks Like

  • A consistent flow of qualified MQLs and SQLs each month
  • Improving outbound reply and meeting rates over time
  • Clear visibility into pipeline contribution from lead generation
  • Sales trusts and prioritizes the leads delivered

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably outbound-focused
  • Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach skills
  • Experience defining ICPs and building prospect lists
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Solid understanding of lead funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize based on results
  • High ownership, execution-focused, and comfortable with KPIs
  • Experience contributing to growth or outbound playbooks

Market Automation Connectivity Experience

Remote Work Requirements (Philippines)

Must have at least 3 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (US): 1 PM – 10 PM or 3 PM – 12 PM PH Time
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
Backup internet connection available
Computer capable of running analytics tools
Strong written communication skills for async collaboration

What This Role Is Not

To avoid misalignment, this role does not include

Technical SEO or keyword research

Paid advertising or media buying

Web development or graphic design

HubSpot engineering or advanced system administration

If your background is primarily system configuration or content production, this role will not be a fit.

If you are most comfortable optimizing tools rather than owning results, or prefer strategy without execution, this role is not for you.
