Job Responsibilities

Take ownership projects from initial concept through to delivery
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders into dashboards/reports
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering/product teams, ensuring solutions accurately reflect business needs
Create and maintain key BA artefacts, including process flows, functional specifications, and business rules documentation

Requirements

Essential experience in fintech, insurtech, or the insurance/brokerage industry
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
4-8 years of experience in reporting tools, SQL, software development
