Provide front-facing support for routine HR inquiries.
Manage and monitor transactional HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and absence management.
Mentor junior associates to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure high-quality service delivery across HR operations.
Analyze requests and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Uphold the firm’s standards in client interactions and HR compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in both oral and written English.
Background in HR or a related discipline.
Technical knowledge, including experience with HRIS.
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and the ability to coach diverse teams.
