The EMEA Global Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic sales growth and managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the EMEA region. This role combines strategic account management, territory management, alliance partnership engagement, and complex solution selling to deliver impactful SaaS solutions that improve revenue management and operational efficiency.
Build, own, & execute sales strategy for assigned geography.
Build, manage, drive pipeline and close net new business
Demonstrate product and industry knowledge and understanding of Model N’s unique Value Proposition and Model N way of selling.
Leverage various resources within Model N (Solutions Consultants, Partners, Support, Professional Services) in every phase of the sales cycle to drive discovery and deliver compelling business value propositions.
Maintain contacts and accurate Account/Opportunity data in Salesforce for assigned territory.
Achieve/exceed an annual sales quota for ARR, annual and quarterly funnel targets
Utilize AI tools including Outreach, Chorus, Gong, Salesloft, Staircase AI, and Letter AI to enhance prospecting, value messaging, sales cycle management, and forecasting.
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales.
Successful track record selling complex solution suites in the EMEA region (ERP, Quote-to-Cash platforms). Multi-lingual capabilities a plus.
Experience selling into Life Sciences/Pharma or Medtech.
Hunter experience selling to new logos of companies with revenue $1B+.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Skilled in virtual and in-person sales engagements.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies, as well as consultative selling techniques.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity, decision‑making, or problem solving in a professional or personal context.

At Model N we offer fair, equitable and competitive salary ranges for all positions. Compensation varies depending on factors that may include a candidate’s relevant experience, education and/or certifications, location, training, and other skills.
The base salary for this position will be $150,000 - $170,000. If your salary expectations are outside of this range, feel free to apply and discuss your expectations with our recruiters. We are constantly opening up new positions and you might match another opening at a different level.
