RemoteVA PH is on the lookout for a Logistics Customer Service Representative who thrives in fast-paced environments and has proven routing experience with wholesalers.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations—making sure every order is processed, routed, and shipped on time. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our clients informed, supported, and happy.

What You’ll Do

-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

-Coordinate routing to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in compliance with client-specific requirements.

-Track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proactively address delays or discrepancies.

-Schedule carrier pickups, submit routing requests, and follow up on shipments.

-Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.

-Manage returns, cancellations, and other exceptions while keeping clients updated.
