Be the Voice of the Brand: Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with their inquiries.

Grow Your Skills: You'll start in either sales or service support, with the chance to cross-skill after just 30 days, becoming a master of the full customer experience.
Stay Sharp: Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest tech launches and updates.
Professional Growth: 1-week structured nesting period and ongoing coaching.
Exciting Pace: Be at the center of major global events like product launches and Black Friday.

Language: Fluency in Italian (C1) and a good command of English (B2).
