The People & Culture Coordinator's primary goal is to support the People & Culture team administratively, contributing to the achievement of their business unit strategy and fostering a positive employee experience for MyPassers. This role involves close collaboration with the People and Culture Team to maintain systems, information, and processes throughout the entire MyPass employee lifecycle, serving as the initial point of contact for employee service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS & 201 records for candidates and employees.
Assist the P&C team in updating online information, Confluence pages, the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and other files.
Ensure confidentiality of all P&C documentation and files.
Support P&C system upgrades, rollouts, and deployments.
Monitor, approve, and update employee SSS and Pag-IBIG loan files.
Oversees onboarding, including documentation, reference checking, communication, New Hire Orientation, and candidate record processing.
Support the Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment process.
Manage IT onboarding tasks, such as equipment setup and provisioning, with the IT service team.
Team Administration & Reporting
Assist with the monthly All Hands meeting (e.g., slides, communication).
Support MyPass Employee Value Proposition strategies (e.g., internal comms, survey reports).
Handle general administrative duties, including document and data management.
Manage offboarding administration (e.g., record updates, clearance, termination paperwork).
Support the Accounting team with employee compliance/reporting (e.g., Annual Physical Examination, BIR 2316).
Manage, track, and resolve P&C tickets.
Regularly maintain the Organisational Chart.
Undertake ad hoc P&C team duties.
Support the P&C team with L&D (training) programs, including preparation and delivery.
Oversee venue setup, coordinate materials, liaise with vendors, and provide on-site support during sessions.
Liaise with external HR partners to resolve issues.
Champion well-being initiatives with the OSH Committee, including maintenance of the office first aid kit.
Assist with team social/cultural activities, including internal communications, preparation, and engagement reporting.
Participate in P&C improvement workshops to drive innovation and address challenges.
Minimum of two years of experience in an entry-level People & Culture or Human Resources role, preferably in the IT-BPO industry or SaaS environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any equivalent four-year-related course from a reputable university
Proficient in utilising Google Workspace applications
Experience in admin-heavy tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating trackers, issuing letters
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knows data and statistical analysis, with attention to detail, and is data-driven
Has basic design experience and exhibits literacy in using Canva
Exhibits coachability, initiative, intelligence, the willingness to learn, and is self-motivated
Basic understanding of the Philippine Labour Code
Registered Psychometrician, and other relevant certifications and qualifications, are an advantage but not required
Experience with HRIS/ATS software and other systems is an advantage
