The client is an innovative security services SaaS company offering an all-in-one ERP software solution designed to help businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency. They focus on providing integrated systems that support business growth across various functions, including rostering, payroll, marketing, sales, and operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of content creation and social media management to support brand growth and engagement. This role will focus on developing high-quality content, managing social media platforms, and executing content strategies aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in content marketing, with the ability to plan, create, and optimize content across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
  • Create engaging graphics and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Track and analyze content performance to improve engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent branding
  • Support multimedia content creation such as basic video or infographic assets

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in content marketing or social media management
  • Experience in social media management across major platforms
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent writing skills with knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Content management experience on Wordpress
  • Experience in marketing planning and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, scheduling, and analytics
  • Basic multimedia skills such as video editing are a plus
  • Background in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred

Work Arrangement & Expectations

Fully remote role aligned with Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)

Full-time engagement

Communication primarily via Slack

Use of social media management and content tools for daily tasks

Expected to manage content schedules, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent output
