RESPONSIBILITIES

• SharePoint articles
• Social media posts
• Brochures & posters
• Email campaigns

Staff Updates

• Digital content distribution
• Use a scheduling tool to schedule social media posts
• Use WordPress and other website CMS to post blog posts
• Update SharePoint sites
• Document design
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Asist in design of email campaigns
• Apply brand guidelines to documents

Proofing and Editing

• Proofing and editing policy documents
• Proofing and editing internal communications and reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing related discipline and 3-5 years relevant experience post qualification

Demonstrated experience with a range of digital content tools including; website management, social media scheduling, Google Suite and CRM applications.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills

A high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail is a must

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.
