Data Entry Specialist (Office-based)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Data Entry.

Work within the account’s AI platform to verify compliance within the real estate and insurance markets

Verify COI components ie. Additionally Insured and policy activity

Flag unsatisfied requirements and escalate to the account’s management

Support Gmail inbox where applicable

Communicate with the internal account team via email

REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Can navigate computer well and learn new computer systems/account tools

Has good attention to details

Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
