Job Description

Due to significant growth, we are offering an energetic, dedicated and committed individual the opportunity to join our well-established business as an Agency Sourcing Specialist. Broadly speaking, you will be responsible for partnering with our Account Managers to source, screen, and interview the best candidates for our many and varied job vacancies.

This role is perfect for ambitious go-getters with/ or without experience in recruitment (any industry). Or someone with a genuine passion for sales, the confidence to pick up the phone, and the drive to build relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Our foundation has been built on ICT Recruitment; however, we have successfully branched out and are building a highly successful Corporate Services division and a very strong Defence practice.

You will have the support of our highly skilled Sourcing team and others in the business who are driven to be the best they can be and committed to your success and growth.

Smash the phone calls – circa 50-80 per day

Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates for positions in our corporate and government clients using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools

Advertising job opportunities

Screening candidates over the phone, Zoom calls and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face

Performing in-depth Reference Checks

Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process

Arranging Police and DCSI screening checks

Validating the candidates' working rights for Australia

Support a very strong sales team

Qualifications

Exposure to any of the following: IT; Defence; Sales; Finance; HR; Marketing

Confident communicator - you’re great on the phone and love talking to people.

Very good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.

Must love working with people and have a curious mindset!

Awesome customer service skills – any prior recruitment experience will be beneficial.

Motivated, driven and resilient.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Super team player who loves to collaborate and celebrate each other's success!

Exceptional organisation skills and a positive attitude.
