🚨 WE ARE HIRING: FOOD SERVICE SPECIALISTS (2 OPENINGS) 🚨
We are looking for proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team!
📍 Work Location:
• Field work within NCR
• Malabon Head Office (once a week for admin day)
🕗 Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📌 Compressed Work Week
📋 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage institutional and HORECA accounts and achieve company sales targets
• Focus on product placement, distribution, and saturation grid execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts
• Develop new customers and negotiate the best trade deals for the company
• Support marketing, merchandising, and distribution efforts to optimize sales and operations efficiency
• Prepare and submit sales and account management reports
✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
• At least 2 years work experience in the same capacity, preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business correspondence writing
• Proactive, assertive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
• Willing to do field work in different locations and report to Malabon Head Office once a week
