This is a great opportunity for a committed and driven Director of Business Development to build and lead a high-performing team, while establishing clear outbound processes and performance expectations. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth and overall go-to-market execution.
Our client in the U.S. provides a 24/7 front desk solution built specifically for senior care. Home care agencies and post-acute facilities to instantly respond to every inquiry, automatically qualify leads, and schedule interviews, tours, and consultations directly onto the calendar—without adding workload to their teams.
As they continue to expand their Philippine-based team, they are looking to hire a Director of Business Development to join the team and play a key role to lead outbound growth and build a high-performing Sales Development team.
Build and maintain a consistent outbound meeting pipeline
Drive high SDR activity levels and accountability
Ensure meetings are properly qualified before reaching sales
Continuously improve outbound conversion rates
***Success in this role will be measured by the volume and quality of meetings delivered to the sales team and overall SDR team performance.
5 years of experience in managing SDR or business development teams
5-10 years of experience in sales or business development
Experience working with a US client
Proficiency in HubSpot, and other major CRM tools such as Salesforce
Strong background in outbound sales and pipeline generation
Experience building or scaling SDR teams
Deep understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT
Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve team outcomes
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
High English proficiency
Prior experience in the same or a related industry is highly preferred, particularly candidates familiar with the US healthcare sector.
Employment Type: Full-time - Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila time (9am to 6pm EST), inclusive of 1 hour break
