QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ With experience working in a café, restaurant, or fast-food chain (e.g., Jollibee / McDonald's)
✔ Mature, responsible, and able to handle stress and pressure
✔ Knowledgeable in payroll processing
✔ With cashier experience and familiar with POS systems
✔ With inventory management and purchasing experience
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Able to implement company policies and ensure compliance
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Supervise daily café operations
🔹 Ensure excellent customer service at all times
🔹 Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity
🔹 Handle scheduling, payroll, and basic administrative tasks
🔹 Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
