As the Global Facilities Leader reporting to the COO, you will own the end-to-end strategy for how Neko Health designs, operates, and scales its physical footprint worldwide. This means leading a team of regional Facilities Leaders across our US, EU, and future markets, bringing cohesion, standardisation, and operational excellence to every site we run. Where our regional leaders ensure day-to-day facility performance within their markets, you will set the global standard they operate to.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up: creating the systems, frameworks, and culture that will define how Neko Health shows up physically to patients in every market we enter. You'll bring the strategic mindset of a senior leader with the operational instincts of someone who understands that a world-class healthcare experience starts with the environment it's delivered in. We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
