Requirements:
- Male or Female
- College level or at least high school level
- Preferably with at least 1 year of sales experience in sports items, or at least in fashion or shoes
- Good effective communicator
- Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Good in sales analysis
- Has good decision-making skills
- Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and suppliers
