Retention Manager (Klaviyo, Email, Lifecycle)

OKTOBER is hiring experienced Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do

• Own results & relationship for 4 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y
• Write your own copy and work with our strong design team to make it bang
• Grow our collective knowledge by sharing tools, frameworks and ways of thinking

What we're looking for (non negotiable)

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience
• Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics
• Strong relationship builder and proven client-facing experience
• Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
