The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the overall commercial strategy of the laundry business, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.
This role sales, marketing, pricing, and customer engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and operational capabilities. The position plays a critical role in strategic planning, key account management, and business performance optimization. This expands the scope of role provided into a senior leadership and strategic function.
Develop and execute long-term sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
Set revenue budgets, KPIs, and sales targets across all segments.
Identify and penetrate new market segments (hospitality, healthcare, industry, retail, etc.).
Lead contract negotiations with major corporate and institutional clients.
Drive expansion into new geographic areas and customer segments.
Establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing benchmarks.
Lead feasibility studies for new business opportunities and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations for quality service delivery.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance.
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
Assist in budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (offline & digital).
Strengthen brand positioning in the commercial laundry industry.
Campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition programs.
Driving digital marketing, CRM systems, and customer analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop sales strategies and execute business development plans.
Experience in managing client relationships and handling customer concerns.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social network platforms.
Knowledge of laundry operations and pricing structures is an advantage.
