Job Description

Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure the quality of teaching and operational efficiency of the campus.

Contribute to designing and implementing curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards and institutional goals.

Support and empower educators and staff, encouraging ongoing professional growth.Foster robust connections with parents and the school community.

Efficiently handle daily school affairs to maintain operational excellence.

Uphold a culture of teamwork, integral to our success as a through-train institution from kindergarten to secondary levels.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in the Field of Early Childhood Education.

Local Registration as a Kindergarten Teacher, CCS, CCW.

Preferably, 3 years or more of school management experience.

Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Showcase decisive leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving school objectives

Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.

Additional Information

Commitment to working with young children with genuine love. Have a positive outlook and a warm and an optimistic personality.

Able to master new media tools/platforms and communication techniques.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build a trust relationship with the team, students and parents.

Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior.
