To meet business growth needs, we are hiring a Lighting Sales Manager to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lighting Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this rolle, you will lead our sales efforts, drive business growth, and manage key client relationships in the lighting industry.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets for assigned B2B and B2G market segment

Track record in Insfrastructure and Commercial Lighting solution Sales

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to generate new business pipeline

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure our lighting solutions meet customer needs

Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies and industry trends

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications

  • Candidate MUST be Singapore citizen or Permanent Permit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the lighting industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
