As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.
Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
