Job Description

Your day to day tasks will include

Develop and maintain the product knowledge base.

Engage with senior management to align the product with the company's strategy and overall plan.

Define and track success metrics throughout the product lifecycle, including designing interventions were needed to ensure product goals are achieved.

Communicate market research and analysis to prepare product proposals and support informed planning and decision-making.

Provide solutions to customers when required.

Qualifications

Demonstrate ability to lead the product lifecycle and provide ongoing support for multiple products

Deep understanding of voice and collaboration

Think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve complex problems and achieve a goal.

Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to engage with a range of different audiences
