Why Work with Us?
At Pearl, we’re not just another recruiting firm—we connect you with exceptional opportunities to work alongside visionary US and EU founders. Our focus is on placing you in roles where you can grow, be challenged, and build long-term, meaningful careers.
Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven procurement platform helping organizations streamline sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing workflows. They operate in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS environment and are actively deploying their platform across multiple clients. The company is founder-led, lean, and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on delivering real-world outcomes for customers.
The Operations Specialist / Deployment Strategist serves as the execution backbone of the deployment team, ensuring that customer data is accurate, suppliers are engaged, and sourcing events run smoothly. This role exists to support rapid client onboarding and platform deployment by owning the tactical layer of operations.
You will spend most of your time working deeply in Excel—cleaning, validating, and structuring datasets—while also communicating with US-based suppliers to ensure engagement on the platform. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring both analytical precision and strong communication skills.
This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where you will work closely with founders and operate with minimal oversight. Candidates who thrive here are proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and comfortable balancing data work with external communication.
You will ensure that customer data is clean, structured, and reliable—directly enabling successful sourcing events and platform performance. Your work will drive supplier responsiveness, reducing delays and increasing engagement across procurement workflows.
You will help streamline deployment operations, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors in onboarding and execution. By maintaining high-quality data and consistent supplier follow-ups, you will contribute to strong client outcomes and satisfaction.
Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to independently manage client workflows and contribute to seamless end-to-end deployment execution. Over time, your performance may open opportunities to take on more strategic, client-facing responsibilities.
