Job Description

To prepare the architectural drawings involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage.

To prepare presentation drawings such as rendered plans, perspectives, and animations.

To prepare technical requirements like area tabulation and inventory checklist, sales map and batching maps.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Architect
• Experience in subdivision planning or real estate development

Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, Primavera

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Willing to be assigned in Makati city
