FazWaz Bali is built as an investment consultancy, not a traditional brokerage. We focus on advising serious investors on villas, apartments, land and off plan projects with a strong emphasis on legality, structure and long term value.
We are looking for Senior Investment Consultants to join our Bali operation. This role is for experienced sales professionals who want to work with real investors, structured processes and a high performance environment.
You will handle qualified inbound leads, advise international buyers, conduct viewings, manage negotiations and close transactions while being supported by in house legal, operations and marketing teams.
What you will be doing
Advising local and international investors on Bali property opportunities
Qualifying clients properly and guiding them through the full buyer journey
Conducting professional consultations, viewings and follow ups
Closing sales and managing transactions from inquiry to completion
Working closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintaining clean CRM records and clear client communication
Participating in daily high level training through FazWaz University

Proven experience in real estate, investment sales or high ticket sales
Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
Investor mindset with the ability to explain value, risk and structure clearly

Willingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system
