Junior Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales and client relations. The position offers hands-on training, exposure to both inside sales and client-facing activities, and opportunities to develop core sales competencies.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach to potential clients.

Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, and internal tools.

Manage and nurture lead pipelines using CRM systems and internal databases.

Set meetings and appointments for the sales leadership team.

Assist in client presentations and support sales initiatives.

Accompany the team to onsite client meetings as needed.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates.

Coordinate schedules and communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Comfortable working in both office-based and field-based environments.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.

Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging clients.

Nice to Have

Experience in cold calling or sales outreach.

Background in BPO or customer-facing roles, especially those transitioning to a day shift.

Exposure to client presentations or sales support activities.
