We’re looking for an experienced and talented sales professional to help build strong partnerships with media agencies based in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting directly to our CEO, the Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for strategically driving YOOSE's commercial offerings with new and existing media agency partners.
Manage and develop existing media agency relationships
Pro-actively lead the initiative to identify and develop new media agency relationships in our target markets
Play a key role in reaching out and educating new and existing clients about our suite of location-based solutions and mobile advertising
Provide world-class customer service, handle client requests, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising issues.
Work on special projects where required
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
Minimum 2 years demonstrable digital advertising sales experience preferred. Media Agency working experience highly preferred.
A working knowledge of the Internet & mobile marketing industry
Creative problem solver with the ability and experience to understand the needs of customers and deliver innovative advertising solutions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
Excellent computer skills including a good knowledge of presentations (Prezi, PowerPoint), cloud computing (Google Docs, Dropbox) and cloud based CRM.
A proven track record of successfully handling multiple priorities, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A self-starter, an excellent individual contributor as well as team player, who enjoys working in an exciting start-up environment.
English (native or bilingual proficiency) and a second major language would be a plus.
