Job Description

This role is for candidates based in New Zealand or Australia

Provide technical support, troubleshooting and diagnostics for Weirdly products and solutions

Work with the team to design and develop software to meet product requirements as prioritized by the product owner

Understanding, researching, designing, documenting, implementing and managing of developed software to meet customer requirements

Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Identifying areas for improvement within the existing product or for the delivery performance toward our customers and improvement solution

Writing and implementing quality code with best practices in mind

Determining operational practicality

Developing quality assurance products

Deployment processes and metrics to align with the company goals and support software development and implementation

Maintain and upgrade existing systems

Collaborate with all Weirdly teams and customers including, product team, UX designers, business and system analysts

Providing user support and resolve issues raised within a timely manner and in light with our SLAs
