Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting, calculating, and entering team members data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, sickness, accruals and reporting on this
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
To maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement.
Prepare safe count sheet daily and submit to Financial Controller.
Maintain adequate supply of small change for cashiers and service guest agents.
Arrange the conversion of foreign currencies received from Front Office.
Coordinate with Account Payable and Corporate Office regarding money transfer .
To undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller.
To ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis.
At least 2 years experience in the same role, preferably in a luxury hotel background with at least 300 staffs
Excellent eye for details in dealing with transactions
Has well demonstrated patience and accommodating personality with overall Team Member inquiries, request and concerns
Reliable and works with integrity
Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in HRIS system
To be able to relocate to remote resort location
