This role sits within the Influencer & Creator Marketing category and is responsible for managing TikTok influencer programs end-to-end. The position is highly client-facing and requires someone who can balance creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders while maintaining structure, timelines, and performance standards.
This is an execution + ownership role—not just outreach. You’ll be expected to run clean influencer programs that clients trust and creators respect.
Own influencer campaign timelines from kickoff through completion
Track live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverables
Coordinate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling content
Maintain organized influencer databases and documentation
Performance & Reporting
Monitor and track KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Deliver clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights
Identify high-performing creators and repeatable content patterns
Recommend data-backed optimizations to improve results
