Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Guest Experience Associate within the Marketing team.

The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience to our Porsche customers. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, prompt and best-in-class service experience to Porsche customers to create excitement and build trust that enables customers’ satisfaction.

Welcome customers warmly at the Porsche Studio, understand their needs, and deliver a personalised front-of-house and retail experience that creates a premium and engaging atmosphere. This includes hosting, storytelling, offering refreshments, confidently initiating conversations, and actively engaging customers with Porsche products (including Lifestyle merchandising) and brand stories to create memorable experiences that drive satisfaction, repeat visits, and loyalty.

Handle all customer queries in a professional and timely manner across all touchpoints (in-person, phone, email, and online chat), and coordinate follow-ups where required.

Support daily retail operations, including Lifestyle sales transactions, product enquiries, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with Porsche’s standards and service excellence.

Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards within the retail space, ensuring an attractive and premium presentation in line with Porsche’s guidelines.

Support inventory management, including stock transfers, stock-taking, and ensuring smooth inventory flow.

Provide accurate information on Porsche’s products and services, including new cars, pre-owned cars, and Porsche Lifestyle products.

Capture and maintain accurate customer data and interactions in the CRM system.

Support the Guest Experience Lead in studio operations, including coordination with vendors and suppliers for maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred

1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front-of-house reception, customer service, luxury retail, or a premium service environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Professional, confident, and well-presented, in line with a luxury brand environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, customer-centric approach, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment and passion to delivering a premium, best-in-class customer experience

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed and service-focused

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team

Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to prioritise effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems and digital applications

Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to work retail shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
