Supports the IngramSpark International Business Development function by contributing to sales activity and account engagement across priority international regions.
The Inside Sales Representative helps drive unit sales growth and revenue performance through structured outreach, lead follow-up, and consistent pipeline support.
Builds and maintains relationships with international authors, publishers, affiliates, associations, joint venture partners, and distribution partners by assisting with onboarding, providing product information, and supporting ongoing account needs.
Works cross-functionally with customer support, marketing, distribution, finance, and analytics to align sales activity with international commercial priorities and optimize overall market performance.
Success is measured by contribution to unit volume and revenue growth, title, account activation, and pipeline progression across assigned international markets.
This role is based in Milton Keynes, UK.
Grows assigned accounts by performing sales activities and creating pipeline of new clients.
Supports sales growth within assigned accounts by conducting outreach, identifying potential opportunities, and helping build a steady pipeline of new clients.
Completes outbound outreach via phone, email, social channels, and virtual meetings to generate interest in Ingram services.
Facilitates the consultation, onboarding, and account demonstrations required for acquiring a new client.
Conducts sales conversations, basic product demonstrations, and assists with onboarding activities to help transition prospects into active accounts.
Keeps customers informed about new services or products.
Provides Ingram with market information and actively participates in the development of new programs and services that meet the needs of the market.
Supports the growth of social media presence by way of creating content and supporting incoming clients, while also identifying potential high value potential clients.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address routine questions or issues that may affect the sales process or customer experience.
Follows up on inbound and event-generated leads, updates the sales pipeline, and supports conversion activities to move opportunities forward.
Identifies and assists with the creation and implementation of campaigns to highlight Ingram services and maximize sales.
Identifies and converts title acquisition and customer upsell opportunities
Shares market insights with senior team members to support catalogue and account growth.
Assists with marketing and sales initiatives by helping execute campaigns and engaging with potential clients through social media and other channels.
Provides coordination and logistical support for international tradeshows and industry events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up.
Works with the Manager, Business Development to effectively manage and support the client group.
Determines customer needs and effectively communicates customer needs with management.
Knowledge of the book industry or ability to acquire this knowledge

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience supporting international sales, account management, partnerships, or book industry experience.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English or other languages required.
