Answering incoming phone calls and logs it for monitoring purposes.
Summarize the attendance of employees and submit to Head Office.
Prepare documents such as Trust Receipt, gate pass for all incoming and outgoing items for sign by admin officer.
Maintain and organize the filing of the documents.
Route the documents to designated Departments.
Monitor the cleanliness of the office premises.
Prepare communication letters for final checking of Admin Officer.
Facilitate the issuance of office supplies and preparation of its inventory.
Facilitate materials, equipment, budget and for payments requisition.
Facilitate weekly Prayer Meeting and Holy Mass every Wednesday of the month.
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
With 2 to 3 years working experience in related filed
Knowledgeable in Microsoft (excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Preferably Supervisory Level of specializing Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Female 25 to 35 years old
