Job Description

Establishes and reviews process flows and other relevant management information system strategies to effectively understand and respond to methods of suppliers as well as external customers

Collaborates with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising Departments for enforcement/continuous improvement of operational policies in promoting cost efficiency

Administers regular audits to ensure optimum service achievement and customer satisfaction.

Creates and develops awareness of third party service providers on existing company SOPs. (Refer to list of Outsourced Services)

Responsible for the implementation of consumer marketing procedures in line with quality objectives.

Project/Mission Monitoring, Status and Handover

Assists with file migrations and performs administrative tasks as needed.

Maintains quality records per applicable SOPs

Other duties pertaining to external services may be assigned as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• With background in ISO is advantage
