We are looking for a Compliance Associate to join Hayfin’s Central Compliance team. This is a broad exposure role supporting the day-to-day delivery and continued evolution of our compliance framework across the business.
You will work across advisory, monitoring and regulatory matters, partnering with teams firmwide and contributing to a strong, forward-looking compliance culture.
Ideally 4-5 years’ compliance experience within an alternative investment manager or private markets / private credit firm
Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework for asset management businesses
Experience across areas such as monitoring, Code of Ethics, SM&CR or regulatory change is advantageous
Clear communicator with sound judgement and strong attention to detail
Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive and keen to broaden your exposure across the Compliance function
