We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you will provide strategic and operational HR support within a fast-paced investment management environment.
This is a broad, hands-on role covering organisational effectiveness, talent, recruitment, employee relations and performance. You will play a key role in enabling high performance, supporting growth, and shaping culture across the firm.
Proven HR Business Partner experience within Financial Services (investment management preferred)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and FCA/SMCR requirements
Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
'Hands on' experience leading recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insight
Confident managing complex ER cases
Experience partnering with European teams or working within a mid-sized, high-performance organisation is advantageous.
