Responsibilities

Create right and high-quality 2D game assets (characters, environments, UI, props) that set visual benchmarks for the team.

Drive strong "right design" thinking to improve clarity, usability, and player experience.

Use AI and relevant tools to speed up production and improve workflow efficiency.

Iterate quickly based on feedback, with strong ownership over asset quality and delivery.

Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure visuals support gameplay and user experience.

Support team growth through feedback and sharing of best practices when needed.

Requirements

Strong fundamentals in composition, color, lighting, and shape design for stylised casual games.

Strong design thinking with ability to create “right design” that improves clarity and player experience.

Hands-on ability to produce right high-quality assets and set visual benchmarks.

Proficient in using AI tools to enhance ideation, iteration speed, and production efficiency.

Deep understanding of casual game market and player preferences.

Experience in game art production pipelines and asset integration.
