Company Description
Have you ever thought, “I want the work I do to be meaningful”?
At atWork Australia, that’s exactly what you’ll find.
atWork Australia is a leading national employment services provider supporting people living with disability, injury, health condition, or additional barriers to secure meaningful employment and transform their lives. Since 2003, we’ve been helping clients identify goals, build skills, grow confidence, and take steps toward sustainable work outcomes.
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
As a Registered Psychologist (Health and Wellness Advisor), You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together.
In this role, your expertise helps clients build confidence, manage mental health challenges, and stay engaged in work that’s right for them.
This role offers meaningful client work without the pressures of private practice billing, after hours crisis work, or a high-intensity clinical environment.
We welcome Psychologists from private practice, NDIS, education, EAP, occupational rehab, and community mental health settings.
We believe in supporting you, so you can support others.
Board approved supervision and regular peer support sessions
Structured development programs and access to MedHealth Academy learning
Paid professional development and clear career pathways across MedHealth
12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave and wellbeing support through our EAP
Flexible work options, including telehealth where appropriate
Salary packaging, Fitness Passport, and the ability to purchase additional leave
All the tools and tech you need to thrive in your role
Everything we offer is designed to help you grow, feel supported, and make a meaningful impact every day.
You are welcome here.
Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking. We value all these differences.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, proudly welcoming people with disability including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians to our team.
We are happy to adjust our recruitment process to support accessibility needs.
