We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.
We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale, and we’re excited to announce our new clinic opening soon in Jindalee!
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

If you’re passionate about Paediatric Occupational Therapy and looking for genuine flexibility, this role offers the balance and purpose you’ve been seeking.
You’ll make a real difference by helping children build skills, confidence, and independence. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise truly impacts kids and their families every day.
Carrying out initial appointments with new families.
Carrying out fun and creative therapy sessions in our fun clinic spaces and in the community.
Liaising with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
Reviewing therapy journey’s and ensuring that the next steps are in place for the children who either outgrow AIM Therapy or meet their goals.
Taking part in a great Professional Development timetable with lots of development opportunities available.
