Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs
Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
