Join our dynamic retail team as a Store Sales Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading company in the industry.
🔍 Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and policy implementation
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism
- Process customer payments and issue official receipts accurately
- Prepare daily reports including remittance reports and maintain updated office records
- Strictly adhere to company guidelines on cash handling, disbursements, and petty cash management
- Contribute to store success through additional tasks as assigned by management
💼 What We're Looking For
- College graduate or currently pursuing a Business-related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Keen attention to detail with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness to complete a 1-week training at our Calamba City, Laguna head office ( Staff House Provided)
- Immediate availability to start
- Preference given to candidates residing in Tanza, Cavite or nearby areas
