We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting with financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel.
Process invoices and perform accurate data entry
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities
Perform bank reconciliations using Xflow
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist in payment runs, including file uploads and payment processing
Process intercompany charges, payroll, and staff expenses
Maintain accurate records of customers, invoices, and transactions in accounting systems
Prepare account reconciliations with complete supporting documentation
Support bookkeeping and general accounting activities
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages within required deadlines
Monitor and manage accounting-related email communications
Maintain and update Excel workpapers
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Experience or exposure to accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Xflow is an advantage
